IT Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you'll thrive on being the face of IT internally at Roke; you'll support the development and advancement of the Corporate IT estate. As the focal point, you'll provide assurance and guidance from initial requirements gathering and process mapping through to delivery of IT work requests and associated work packages.

As a Business Analyst, you'll create user journeys and gather technical IT requirements primarily related to Networks, Software & Infrastructure in a matrix-based organisation; where you'll be empowered to make decisions on work request issues and act as a point of escalation when required.
The Key Requirements...
A background within IT business analysis in a complex changing environment preferably with exposure to delivering within Defence or National Security.
Experience operating within a technical IT environment that covers Networks, Software and Infrastructure.
Able to operate with customer service at the forefront of delivery to build relationships, manage expectations and negotiate with business partners.
Knowledge of developing business cases and schedules to ensure projects can be completed to time, cost and quality objectives.

Where you'll work...
You'll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a manor house site, with ample parking, an on-site gym and a driveway full of daffodils in the spring.

Due to the nature of this role, we require you to be eligible to achieve SC clearance. As a result, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the U.K. for the last 5 years.
