A globally renowned manufacturing group supplying the high technology sectors has a new vacancy for an IT Business Systems Analyst to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing systems development including ERP Systems to meet the demands of the business. Candidates are sought with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and excellent SQL query writing skills.

Salary: £ 45,000 - £ 55,000 p.a. + benefits

The RoleThe IT Business Systems Analyst will develop end to end solutions to meet business objectives using appropriate programming and reporting tools.Key responsibilities:
Ensure highest levels of quality assurance for all bespoke development of IT Systems.
Document all development work, producing both technical and end user documentations.
Act as 3rd line support, diagnosing and debugging errors.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis, using appropriate tools to support management decisions.
Assist in developing BI Suite and data warehouse environment.
Support with performance tuning and maintenance of database environment.
Deputise department when needed.
The Candidate
You will be degree qualified, ideally in a computing related discipline and have SQL database development experience. The successful candidate will also have demonstratable knowledge of modern Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Microsoft BI and have proven experience of providing accessible, digestible management information that has given a bottom line impact within a business.With strong IT Skills you will have used MS SQL Server development, SSRS/Crystal XI, Excel, SSIS ETL Data Warehouse Crearion and Visa Studio.NET (some C# and VB would be useful).For more information send a CV to Alex Price
