Position: IT Sales - Business Development / Account Manager

Location: Coalville (Leicester) WFH available

Salary: �25,000 basic + �20,000 - �110,000 (Uncapped OTE)

Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you'll be tasked with:

• Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, converting them into key accounts
• Managing existing accounts to maximize their potential
• Cold calling, lead generation, and nurturing client relationships
• Marketing our suite of products and services
• Contributing to the overall sales support function

• Proven success in a target-driven sales environment
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
