The Role/Experience Required:
Proven track-record of delivery support (2nd line), config, testing, and maintenance
Strong Application support experience
System capability reviews
Strong PaaS knowledge
Strong Azure experience
M365 knowledge (essential) including Power Platforms (preferred)
ITIL Knowledge
Powershell scripting and automation support
Life cycle of application platforms support - upgrades, patches
