IT Analyst

We are seeking an experience IT analyst on behalf of a multiple award-winning law firm. This candidate will join the professional services team and provide technical support and guidance to staff, ensuring seamless operations of IT systems.

Description

The key responsibilities of the IT Analyst include but, are not limited to:
- Providing first-line support to staff for all IT-related issues for the Northwest
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking problems
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems
- Participating in the development of IT strategies to enhance operations
- Training staff on new systems and software as needed
- Ensuring the security of the company's IT infrastructure
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to improve system performance
- Preparing reports on IT activities for management

Profile

A successful IT Analyst should have:
- A degree in Computer Science/ Certifications in Information Technology, or relevant experience
- Proficiency in system troubleshooting and tech support
- A good understanding of IT systems and network functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical Stack:
Hardware: Desktop PCs (Windows 10, 11), Laptops (Windows 10, 11), Terminals, Mobile Devices (iOS, Android), Printers, LAN (Cabling/Patching to Switches)
Software: Operating Systems:Windows 10, 11 & Windows Server (awareness)
Virtualization: Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop
Office Productivity: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Document and Case Management: iManage, Proclaim
Networking: Local Area Network (LAN) support
Administrative Tools: Active Directory (user configuration and management)
Additional Tools: Microsoft 365 (awareness and training)
