IOT Solution Architect

We are looking for an IOT Solution Architect to join our Life Sciences consulting team.
You must have experience developing desktop and web based applications on .Net platform using WPF and C#, as well as experience working on IOT platforms such as Axeda and Thingsworks as well as connectors such as Thingworx Edge SDK and Axeda E-Message.
You will be playing a vital role in supporting some of our renowned life sciences customers increase value to their customers and improve Uptime for clinicians and increase patient volume.
Your Profile
Essential qualifications, skills and Experience:-
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject and with solid progression of subjects in the following or similar fields is advantageous: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent education or work experience
Minimum of 5 plus years of experience developing desktop & web-based application on .Net platform using WPF and C# .net
Strong experience with Axeda and Thingworx IOT platform
Solid practical knowledge of C#.Net, and/or WPF, WinForms, Multithreading, Enterprise Architecture and SDLC.
Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOPS) concepts, and design patterns.
Ability to write unit test code with mocking
Experience working with agile working methods and (Rally, JIRA-Align, Kanban board) work item tracking tools.
Experience working in a team and delivering defect fixing, device drivers and agent applications.
Previous experience of reviewing code activity to ensure quality
Previous experience with smoke testing of enhancement/new development on multiple windows environment.
Experience of working within a large-scale organisation, able to work as part of a team, excellent organisations and time keeping skills, strong written and verbal skills
Understanding how technology can be used to solve a given business problem
Desirable/Nice to have
Previous experience in developing code for IOT Thingworx platform
Previous consulting experience and delivering large and complex international projects would be beneficial
Experience working in agile environment.
Experience with Polarion, MasterControl and HPALM, Enterprise Architect (EA).
Salesforce experience (integration with Thingworx)
