INVOICE & TRADE FINANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER - BDMLocation: East Midlands - field-basedStride Recruitment is excited to collaborate with a reputable and well-established Trade Finance lender in search of an experienced sales professional to join their expanding team.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Invoice, Commercial, Trade, or any other SME working capital sales environment. A proven track record in sales and service, coupled with existing relationships in the East Midlands, is highly desirable.About:Lending to businesses across all sectors and industries by providing essential financing for their stock requirements. The company has achieved remarkable growth and is now looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to propel sales in the East Midlands.Salary:£45k - £50K depending on experience plus commission - OTE £70K - £90k plusWhat's in it for you:

* Maintain a high standard of professional contact with colleagues, prospective and live clients, and other internal and external connections via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email and other written communications
* Proactively seek new business via various channels, contribute to team marketing and other development discussions, seek commitment from prospective introducers and clients according to agreed terms of reference
* Establish and maintain rapport with introducers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
* Maximise new business generation and completions
* Development and maintenance of relationships with potential introducers
* Maintain a high level of awareness of the market environment & Intelligence
* Manage workload between BD and new client completions
* Assessment of inbound referrals, including facility structuring, on- and off-site DD, preparation for & presentation to credit
* Good written and verbal communication; understanding of operations and risk procedures; strategic thinking; presentation skills
* Oversee all aspects of new client completions, including legal and CP compliance
* Project STP and the wider and professional at all times
