Our commitment is to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns to our investors while maintaining a disciplined and diligent approach to credit investing.Position Overview: As the Vice President of Investor Relations, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing relationships with investors, ensuring clear communication, and providing the necessary information and insights. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic investor relations programs to maintain and expand the investor base. Reporting directly to the Director of Investor Relations, you will be a key member of the investor relations team and will collaborate closely with various internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Investor Communication and Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for investors, maintaining and enhancing relationships to ensure a high level of investor satisfaction.Regularly communicate with investors to provide updates on fund performance, investment strategies, and other relevant matters.Coordinate and prepare materials for investor meetings, including annual meetings, quarterly updates, and ad-hoc meetings.Address investor inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and execute strategic investor relations plans to maintain and expand the investor base.Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment between investor relations activities and overall business objectives.Identify and implement opportunities to enhance investor relations processes and procedures.Investor Services and Reporting:Oversee the preparation and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports to investors.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all investor reporting materials.Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the firm's investment strategies and performance to effectively communicate with investors.Market Intelligence:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the firm and its investors.Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence to enhance the firm's investor relations strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA preferred.Minimum of 4 years of experience in investor relations, client services, or related roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on private credit or alternative investments.Proven track record of successfully managing investor relationships and providing excellent client services.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies and performance data clearly and effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse financial data and industry trends.Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and internal stakeholders.
