About our clientWe are currently working with a global private equity investor seeking to hire an Investor Relations Senior Associate / Vice President in their London team. This is a 12-month maternity cover. The Senior Associate / VP will report directly to the COO, working in close collaboration with another IR VP. What the job involvesCreation of fundraising materials including DDQs, PPMs, pitchbooks, case studies and supporting Analyst and Associates in the creation of documentsReview of RFP submissions produced by the RFP teamInterface with investors for the purpose of responding to their queries and on-boarding investors into the fundsAssisting in the collation, drafting, preparation and review of qualitative elements of quarterly investor reportingParticipation in product development project groupsAh hoc attendance at fundraising meetings or due diligence meetings alongside senior professionals in the Investment Team and / or SalesWho we are looking forStrong education with previous experience in investor relations or placement agentKnowledge of or exposure to private markets, specifically private equity is beneficial but not requiredGood financial acumen, able to disseminate complex data into investor friendly contentProven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficientlyStrong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written EnglishForward-thinking manager; good at planning and highly skilled at prioritising and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailStrong work ethic and proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, 'can-do' cultureSave roleLog in to apply
