Investor Relations Analyst

We are working with a boutique private equity firm who are looking to hire an Investor Relations Analyst. The successful hire will work with the Head of Investor Relations to support fundraising and client communication. The firm invests in companies that are sustainably disrupting various industries so this will suit individuals with an interest in sustainability.
Responsibilities
Coordinate presentations and other fundraising materials for client/prospect meetings.
Proactively maintain investor databases., tracking all sales activities.
Coordinate PR agency relationships.
Manage the firm’s digital presence.
Assist with organise client events and roadshows.
Requirements
2-3 years’ experience in a similar investor relations role.
Working knowledge of private markets.
Strong understanding of the fundraising process.
Strong literacy skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to perform under pressure.
