Job Description As Investment Operations Administrator, you will play a key in role in managing all aspects of investment administration, specifically around processing new business, ISA transfers, servicing requests, fee calculations and withdrawals. Daily duties consist of:Ensuring the full investment administration lifecycle is delivered in accordance to company policy and procedureMonitoring progress of new business through to completion, as well as receipt of funds and initial feesBanking and allocation of client money, ensuring FCA guidelines are being metLiaising with ceding ISA scheme providers to request ISA transfer moniesProcessing investment/disinvestment instructions relating to new business, additional investments, reallocation and withdrawalsCarrying out all aspects of general investment and ISA administrationCompeting fee and other complex calculationsProviding a timely, pro active and high quality services to clients at all timesAssisting with investigation of complex casesAssisting with collating of information for regulatory reportingHandling queries from clients, advisers and external service providersIdentifying risks and breachesProcessing complaints The Successful Applicant For the Investment Operations Administrator role, we are happy to look at graduates with a relevant degree, candidates who have financial services administration experience, or candidates who are working in an investment/wealth management environment. Key skills include:Ability to work on your own and be self-motivatedExcellent communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and work to a high level of accuracyExperience of relevant investment administrationSolid knowledge of investment processes and knowledge of ISAs ideallyWorked in a FCA regulated environment previouslyProficient with Microsoft Office packagesStrong time management skills and ability to prioritise workloadsStrong team ethic
