Investment Consultant

My client, a fast-growing tech-based real estate firms in the UK, are currently .seeking Investment Consultants to join their office in the City Of London to serve the increasing demand from their ever growing client base.
Reporting to the Associate Director you will be responsible for selling exclusive off-plan property investment opportunities to clients all over the world.
What's in it for you?

• Basic Salary of £26,000 with an exceptional commission scheme OTE £65,000+ in year 1, £85,000+ in year 2 and £100,000+ in year 3 (uncapped).
• The level of commission has been proven by current employees and is very achievable if you are able to hit your targets.
• They provide each consultant with a premium level of high quality warm leads per week which can be managed through our world-leading CRM.
• These are hot enquiries from paid media and you will be interacting with high-net-worth individuals who have expressed an interest in purchasing property.

Duties:

• Responding to incoming warm leads
• Dealing with global investors
• Building rapport
• Maintaining clients relationships
• Dealing with international clients
• Closing deals on property investments
• Advising clients on property investment
• Dealing with HNW clients
• Visiting development sites
• Updating CRM
• Advising on the best units to buy

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9-5pm
