Investment/Commercial Manager

Job Description:
Our client is a subsidiary of an international Utility that is one of the top 5 largest in Europe. My client develops, builds, owns, and operates renewable projects. They are looking to expand their international team that majority work remotely (UK/EU timezone).
The role:
Prepare, execute and steer due diligence processes for investment opportunities
Work with the BD team to identify investment/origination opportunities
Crucial input for the valuation of investment opportunities and investment decisions
Support/Lead M&A and structuring activities globally
Support/Lead the bidding process
Support/Lead the negotiation of partnership documentation; Joint Bidding Agreements, Joint development Agreements etc.
Collaborate with other entities departments to ensure the successful execution of investment strategies
Requirements:
5+ yrs of experience
Experience in M&A, JV agreements
Understanding of debt structuring
Happy to travel 4 x per year to European off sites with the team
