The OpportunityWorking on FIG M&A transactions, including financial analysis, due diligence, valuation and deal structuring.Conducting industry research and market analysis to identify potential targets and opportunities for clients.Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals and key stakeholders.Requirements for considerationExperience in FIG M&A (gained from working in Advisory or Transaction Services)Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, including proficiency in Excel and business valuation techniques.Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.The team has a strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately deal execution focused.
