We're working with a technology consulting firm that has built a reputation for delivering exceptional training and learning solutions to major financial institutions. Now 30 people, the business has hired a talented Head of Business Development and Account Management to take the business to the next level.Currently the business offers technology training, upskilling and leadership coaching to several tier 1 FS businesses including Morgan Stanley, Citi, HSBC, RBC, Aviva among others. They are taking advantage of the AI boom; they offer solutions around how to improve productivity in development teams, for leaders in the business and to graduate intakes.We are looking for an experience account manager to run some of the larger banking accounts with the company, as well as someone to roll up sleeves and support the Head of Business Development with campaigns to attract new logos. Your boss will be someone who was part of a 10x journey in her last company and is connected to pretty much every major bank in the city in terms of contacts and track record; she is someone who will closely mentor and help in your development.We are looking for:1. Account management expertise; ideally with major FS businesses - a big plus if these are large, bulge bracket banks and you've delivered into Technology or relevant business functions2. An ability to demonstrate how you've built collaborate long term relationships with sizeable accounts3. A structured and well thought out approach to customer success either in a specialised functions of another role4. Entrepreneurial spirit and someone who loves a challenge5. Ideally experience in BD campaigns - from colder to warmer approaches to new business6. A passion for banking and/or technology7. Smart, well organised and supportive to colleagues and clients in everything you do
