Investment Associate

My client are a leading commercial investor, developer and operator with a pan-European office portfolio. The investment team oversees all new acquisitions and capex spend, as such this team is a key interface across the whole business and this role offers incredible exposure.
Your main responsibility is the origination and execution of new assets to grow the portfolio across key target cities. You will be responsible for the underwrite, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, legal negotiations and execution.
It is essential you have excellent modelling skills, are a confident presenter and can demonstrate a track record of the full acquisition cycle in line with above.
Salary
£65,000 - £75,000 + Package + Bonus
