Real Estate Investment Analyst or Associate
£70,000 - £95,000 (depending on level and experience) + bonus

Our client is a leading European fund manager specialising in Real Estate. They are entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and decisive, and work together supportively. They are experiencing significant growth and are looking for an Investment Analyst or Associate to join their Real Estate team.
The Investment Associate will:
Evaluate and execute real estate investments across Europe
Take a leading part in the financial modelling and underwriting, and carry out due diligence including management of external advisors
Contribute to the generation of new investment strategies and ideas
Required skills and experience:
2-5 years' of experience working in real estate on the sell-side
Advanced analytical capabilities including creating, calculating and interpreting complex financial models - DCF, NPV, IRR
Proven expertise in underwriting of real estate transactions
Proficiency in at least one European language (in addition to English) would be an advantage
Excellent academic background
