Investment Associate or VP, German speaker - Private Equity Fund

Job Description
The Fund
We are working with a London based Mid-Market PE Fund that employ several investment strategies – Buyout, Growth and Hybrid. They currently have £1bn under management and are about to close on their next fund raise.
The firm invest across a broad range of sectors and will typically look for companies that are based in the UK and Europe with growth opportunities through value creation and acquisition.
The Team
The team is made up of a broad range of European language speakers who have originally come from a background in either Consulting or M&A. They are ambitious, driven but humble, and put a high importance on the impact their investments have on the community and environment.
The Person
They are open to hiring at Associate/VP level, but it is
essential
that you have direct investment experience, a background in top-tier consulting and speak German fluently.
Compensation
Upper quartile - base, bonus and carry.
