Investment Analyst/Junior Associate

We are working with a global alternative investment firm who are looking to expand their Direct Lending team. The successful candidate will have at least a year of experience within Leveraged Finance, M&A or Private Credit.This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a highly successful and ambitious team, with excellent career opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Providing fundamental credit analysis which includes reviewing IMs,commercial due diligence reports, andbroker reports on public competitors.
Assisting, where appropriate, with new deal origination efforts.
Assessinglegal structuresand terms.
Ongoing p
ortfolio management and monitoring of existing investments.
Assistingwith investor relationship management.
Successful candidates will have:
Excellent educational background from a top academic institution.
At least one year of experience within banking (Leveraged Finance, M&A) or Private Credit.
Demonstrable fundamental credit analysis ability.
Ability to keep to a timetable and deliver timely and accurate work product.
Commercial with ahighly analytical mindset.
Fluent in English. Other European languages are advantageous.
