Investment Analyst/Investment Associate

Job Description
Green Recruitment is partnering with a leading Renewable Energy Developer. They are looking for an Investment Analyst / Associate to join their team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, create and analyse financial models to evaluate potential corporate development initiatives
Employ “Project Finance” grade cash flow modelling techniques
Assist/lead in the process of evaluation of new investment opportunities from origination to full execution
Develop and update Power Point presentations supporting the project development process, investment decision making process
Be involved in the due diligence processes
Build and maintain a network of contacts
Experience:
Experience working in renewable energy corporate finance and/or business development roles as part of an investment fund, advisory firm or renewable energy IPP or Utility
Excellent financial modelling skills within renewable energy
Experience in the negotiation of project financing, M&A transactions, power purchase agreements and/or EPC contracts
