If the answer is yes, then Bleckmann might be the right fit for you.Tasks and responsibilities:A great communicator with a people first mindset and the capability to lead; engage and develop teamsProven experience in warehousing and stock management ecomms an advantageExperienced in working with WMS and associated systemsStrong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse data.Client focusedPassionate about Health and Safety with the knowledge to set and lead the Health and Safety agendaProfile:To manage the Inventory Team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of stock levels within the DC, through activities such as cycle counting, stock interrogation and problem resolutionTo ensure that the correct systems and mechanisms are used to accurately record, monitor and maintain stock levelsTo review data and use this information to advise and support the BI and Stock Control Manager on strategies to reduce costs and improve proceduresTo maintain an accurate inventory database that includes detailed information on available stockTo work closely with operations to organise the efficient flow of stock through the DCTo investigate discrepancies through to resolution and ensure corrective action is taken to prevent future occurrences or is escalated in a timely mannerTo make stock adjustments as necessaryTo support the Customer Services Team in responding to enquiries and complaints in a timely mannerTo meet high standards in terms of hygiene and Health and Safety, managing breaches in line with Company policyTo meet stretching team KPIs to maximise profitabilityTo build meaningful relationships with the Clients, ensuring Bleckmann remains their third party of choiceTo manage team issues positively (absence/ poor performance/ misconduct), adhering to Company policy and procedures if appropriateTo foster a positive working environment through regular communication with the team, providing feedback; encouraging ideas, developing skills, understanding concerns and celebrating successWhat do we offer ?Our people are at the heart of what we do.
