Inventory Planner

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a building materials supplier based in Lisburn on the appointment on an experienced Inventory Controller.You will be responsible for the stock management of a wide range of products and materials ensuring all sites have the right level of stock required to meet demand.In your new role:Work closely with the sales, procurement and warehouse departments Play a key role in assisting with forecasting to prevent overstocking and running out of stockFrequently liaise with site managers in UK & Ireland, moving stock between branches and ensuring all sites have the stock required for the smooth day to day running of the businessWork closely with suppliers and carriers ensuring all deliveries are on site on timeWork closely with the goods in department to ensure a sufficient Supply Chain at all timesRun daily KPI reportsWhat you will need to succeed:A minimum of 2 years experience working in a fast paced, high volume, Inventory Planning/Stock Control roleProficient with all Microsoft Office packagesFull UK driving licenseFor a confidential conversation on how Vicerstock can support you with your next move, get in touch with Chris our Supply Chain specialist today.
