Inventory Controller/Art Technician

We are working with a Fine Art Shipping company in London, who are looking for an Inventory Controller/Art Technician, to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Operations/General Manager to coordinate stock movements within the warehouse.
Supervise condition reporting of artworks.
Assist in loading and unloading vehicles, providing support to staff as needed.
Oversee inventory stock checks and manage receipt and release processes.
Handle all operations files, customs paperwork, and billing related to storage jobs.
Ensure smooth flow of property in and out of the warehouse.
Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation/condition reports.
Ensure proper loading of vehicles for deliveries and collections.
Requirements:
Previous experience assisting with the movement and handling of high-value inventory.
Experience with art logistics and shipping is beneficial.
Working knowledge of Inventory Systems.
Highly organised with a key attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for fostering positive vendor and customer interactions.
