Grace Recruit is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our client's team in Cardiff. The Inventory Controller will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accurate recording of inventory data to support warehouse operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for production and customer orders.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory variances.
- Monitor stock movements and identify discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to facilitate efficient stock movements.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock losses and optimize stock accuracy.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
