Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior Supply Planner, the Supply Planner will be responsible for:
Ensuring the supply of NEOM products to the business in line with the business planning requirements.
Accurate reconciliation of inventory within the supply chain, ensuring systems are aligned and any variances are investigated, resolved, or escalated if needed.
Working with the Contractors to manage the correct receipt of goods from suppliers and the receipt of these onto our stock systems.
Maintaining stock reconciliation across locations to ensure accurate stock records on the systems and to work with the warehouse and contractors teams to resolve variances and improve controls.
Ensuring safety stock parameters are maintained and managed to ensure optimum levels of inventory.
Tracking inventory levels and ensuring they are in line with budget expectations.
Tracking slow-moving and obsolete inventory, reporting with aligned action plans to address/reduce.
Reporting to the business weekly out-of-stock and risk reports.
Identifying any performance issues and working to improve them.
Monitoring and maintaining dates and stock data on the ERP system in a timely manner so other departments and systems can be managed with confidence.
A minimum of two years' experience within supply, purchasing, or demand planning. Genuine passion & enthusiasm for the brand, and beauty/wellness industry.
