Academics are currently working with this a Primary school that prides themselves in being exceptional and ensuring every child has the best support possible to fulfil their potential. Who endeavour to ensure each child is successful academically, socially, and personally from whatever their starting point to build personal success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1:1 or group interventions
  • Building positive relationships with students
  • Recording and giving feedback to class teachers
  • Assessing students individual needs to bridge any learning gaps or challenges
  • Ensuring safeguarding to promote the welfare of all students in the school
  • Follow school policies for teaching, behaviour management and class room management
  • Delivering a range of subjects such as Maths and English

What is Required:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working across primary school year groups
  • Enhanced DBS ( Academics can assist with this)
  • Excellent understanding of the KS2 Curriculum.
  • Ability to identify and address student's individual learning needs and tailor teaching accordingly.
