Position: International Sales ExecutiveOverseas business trips would be 1-2 times/month.*Salary: Up to £36KLocation: London - Able to hybrid working 3 times / w at the officeCompany: Industrial-leading Japanese Oil companyLanguage: Business English is a must. Polish, Baltic States language, and Ukrainian would be an advantage【Responsibilities】Having overseas business trips. *1. Customer Management• Building and maintaining good working relationships with distributors (Several countries including Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia).• Overseas business trips would be 1-2 times/month.• Conduct both distributor management and direct sales.• Obtain accurate forecasts from customers.• Establish good relationships with customers to resolve conflicts and provide timely• solutions.• Ensure that contracts/agreements are concluded with the customer.• Take initiative and cooperate in resolving quality-related matters.• Generate new business by utilising existing and potential customer networks.2. Administration Management• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.• Account and transaction status reporting.• Set and track sales account targets in line with corporate objectives.• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).• Recommend actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities• Monitor customer AR amounts and credit lines on a regular basis• Complete payment of all invoices associated with assigned accounts.3. Other• Support in the absence of the GM.• Other duties to be added from time to time.• Continuous improvement through feedback.【Essential knowledge, skills, qualifications】• More than 3 years of Sales experience in Sales with Oil, manufacturing, or Components products is a must.• Experience in Sales with Lubricant, petroleum, or chemical materials would be preferable.• Experiences in overseas business trips would be preferable.• Experiences in managing distributors would be preferable.• Valid working VISA in the UK (Not acceptable YMS and PSW VISA)• Able to have overseas business trips 1-2 times/month.• Able to hybrid work 3 days/week to go to the office.• Driver's license would be preferable.• Speaking Polish, Baltic States language, and Ukrainian would be an advantage
