Job Description(global payroll manager, international payroll manager, payroll consultant, asiapac, adp workday, remote)My client are looking for an international payroll manager/payroll consultant with experience of international payroll a minimum being India, Singapore, UK and Hong Kong. Your role will be dealing with all non -USA payroll but reporting into the team based in the US.Role is based in UK and is predominantly remote with some travel to London office.Full details are below:Job Summary;Responsible for developing and documenting controls necessary for non US payroll processing including: payroll operations, disbursement, taxation, and reporting processes. Ensures compliance with local country requirements and ensuring the vendor management (mainly ADP) is seamless. Manages International payroll operations and integrates capabilities to meet business needs. Develops and coaches team members (US based) to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk.Major responsibilities;Manages monthly disbursement of multi country payrolls, Manages garnishments, benefits, and taxes consistent with local country laws and regulations.Manages the relationship with ADP/other payroll providers as needed across each of our International jurisdictions; UK, India and Singapore (hub locations). Plus United Arab Emirates, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Canada. Potential queries from Turkey, Sweden and China.Focus on compliance and payroll processes (non US). Reviewing, improving and documenting.Experience in managing ADP and understanding payroll through WorkDay (UK Payroll is processed through WD)Works with the US team to ensure appropriate control procedures have been established and are being followed. Ensures the submission of accurate data and information to tax authorities, government agencies and legal systems. Audits payroll processes to ensure accuracy of processing and timely corrections of errors. Sets up and monitors control mechanisms and recommends changes.Collaborates with the local International HR team (HR consultants, HR Generalists and the Intl Benefits Manager) to understand issues and work to provide documented solutions.Leads the planning, communications, and improvement of processes. Critically reviews and analyzes current payroll, tax legislation and procedures in order to recommend and implement changes. Identifies opportunities for process improvement through technology and process changes.Experience;Previous experience of managing ADP and WorkDay payrolls across a number of International locations.
