Venn Group are working with a prestigious Central London Hospital on an Arabic speaking International Patient Coordinator role to support in their International office.
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
The client is looking for an administrator with a passion for patient care to support patients through their journey at the hospital.
The role will run initially for 3 - 6 months within a team of 4. Main duties of the role will be as follows.
Guiding patients through their treatment
Acting as an interpreter for the duration of the patients visit
Liaising with consultants and their secretaries
Liaising with the Finance team
Working closely with other administrators in the organisation
Providing ad-hoc administrative support (i.e answering phones and monitoring emails)
