within our beautiful Stirling campus, with direct links to Edinburgh and Glasgow, y ou will report directly to the Assistant Director of Recruitment at INTO Stirling, collaborating closely to execute our recruitment priorities and deliver outstanding customer service to our network of overseas offices.Job Purpose: As the International Marketing and Recruitment Manager, you'll be instrumental in crafting a comprehensive marketing and communications plan aligned with our recruitment goals. Your creativity and innovation will shine as you develop captivating digital media content, manage social media platforms, and oversee our Marketing Ambassador scheme to showcase the student experience at Stirling. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with our global recruitment and marketing teams to maximize opportunities for cross-promotion and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Marketing:Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that aligns with recruitment priorities.Create and manage the Centre's quarterly content calendar to drive student recruitment and support regional initiatives.Oversee the Centre's social media presence, collaborating with Student Ambassadors and INTO's Growth Marketing team to generate engaging content.Manage the Centre's CRM system to support recruitment and conversion, measuring the performance of email communications.Create rich digital media content including videos, photography, newsletters, blogs, and vlogs.Support marketing campaigns and produce content for flyers, testimonials, prospectus, and websites.Lead the Marketing Ambassador scheme, recruiting, training, and managing a team of student Ambassadors to generate user-generated content.Collaborate with marketing teams at INTO and the University of Stirling to maximize effectiveness.Develop and maintain a digital asset library to store photography and video footage.Manage alumni relationships with INTO Stirling graduates, ensuring powerful student stories are collected. Student Recruitment:Support the implementation of the annual student recruitment strategy.Provide exceptional support to our in-country sales teams, ensuring they have the tools to promote INTO Stirling.Deliver various recruitment activities including exhibitions, agent training, school visits, interviews, and presentations.Travel within the UK and overseas to deliver promotional activities, organize travel itineraries, and facilitate delivery of promotional materials.Collaborate with recruitment, partnerships, and admissions teams at INTO and the University of Stirling.Lead prospective student and agent visits, as well as large stakeholder events.Manage the recruitment of prospective students referred to the Centre by the University.Join Our Team: If you're passionate about international education and possess the skills and experience to excel in this role, we invite you to apply.
