Job Title: Internal Technical Sales Specialist

Location: Swindon

Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch break)

Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays 

Are you a highly organised, customer-focused professional with a strong technical aptitude?

We’re looking for an Internal Technical Sales Specialist to join a dynamic team at Swindon Sales and Distribution centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is not only proficient in various software tools but also has a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Whilst this is a sales role it is incoming business. You will design and quote from a range of products a bespoke solution and provide the quote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate and timely written quotations using various Windows-based tools.


• Create detailed CAD drawings (AutoCAD or in-house software) for customer approval.


• Collaborate effectively with our Sales Office Manager, Warehouse/Logistics Manager, and colleagues to prioritize tasks efficiently.


• Engage directly with customers via phone and email, providing clear and commercial advice.


• Master the use of our CRM, drawing software , and stock management system .
