Internal Sales Support Coordinator

Alexander Steele has partnered with a leading global food & drinks business that is actively looking for an Internal Sales Support Coordinator to be the main point of contact for existing customers and to provide administrative support to the Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and maintaining effective ongoing communication.

* Enter and monitor Sales contracts on the system as well as price agreements.

* Track and support the sales opportunity pipeline, which will include obtaining feedback to sample orders and quotations.

* Effectively maintain and update the customer master data and conditions.

Candidate Requirements:

* A tertiary qualification in Customer Services, Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or equivalent will be preferred.

* Sales Administration, Customer Services, Forecasting or Customer Master Data experience in a complex FMCG environment is required.

* Strong Excel and ERP Systems experience (SAP will be advantageous)

* Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.

* A self-starter who can work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Salary will be circa £35 000 to £45 000 + Bonus + Benefits.

30 leave days + 8 bank holidays

The role will be based in the Buckinghamshire area.
