Internal Sales Representative

Are you a proactive and driven individual looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a leading building supplier based in Beenham Reading, is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to drive their business forward.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business by promoting products and services over the phone, understanding customer needs, and identifying sales opportunities.
Delight potential customers with excellent customer service and establish strong relationships.
Achieve budget turnover and targets by implementing effective sales calls and promoting special offers.
Ensure quick and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing calls, prioritising hire and sales enquiries.
Complete paperwork and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and provide accurate and timely quotations.
Uphold site health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in internal sales, preferably within the construction, building, or fencing industry.
Sales-focused with a track record of meeting targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to generate new business opportunities.
Strong organisational skills and effective planning abilities.Working hours: ⏰

Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary:

£26,000 - £27,500 per annum, depending on experience
