Are you an experienced Internal Sales Representative looking to take your career to the next level? Our client, a leading logistics organisation, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Internal Sales Representative in Slough!
As the Internal Sales Representative., you will play a crucial role in driving sales and developing new business opportunities. Your main responsibilities include promoting our client's services to both new and existing clients, building and maintaining long-term business relationships, and ensuring that all customers are fully aware of the range of services offered.
What will you be doing?
Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of international clients
Meeting clients face to face to build relationships and secure new business
Providing accurate quotations and solutions based on customer requirements
Following up on quotes, securing bookings, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process
Supporting the export and import processes and covering for the export and import teams when needed
Maintaining accurate records of all customs-related documents and transactions
Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers regarding customs requirements and procedures
Assisting with other tasks and responsibilities as required
What do you need to succeed?
Previous sales experience, ideally within the Freight Forwarding industry
A self-motivated and can-do attitude with a proven track record in bringing in new business
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience using Freight Management Systems (training will be provided)
Knowledge of sea freight is an advantage

Competitive salary of �40,000. �50,000 OTE
