Internal Sales ExecutiveSouth ManchesterSalary £26K - £28KExcellent opportunity to join this well-established business who are market leaders in their field. Currently looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their existing team. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be Customer focused, proactive and a superb team player.As an Internal Sales Executive your duties will include:
* Identifying opportunities to cross sell additional products or services to existing clients
* Take all sales/technical enquiries and develop into leads, growing sales and marketing funnel.
* Increase sales opportunities for the External Sales teams
* Increase revenue on existing internal quotes
* Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve escalated concerns promptly.
* Proactively contacting existing and new contacts
* Taking leads from Customer Service and Marketing and measure outcomes
* Follow up on all orders that have not converted to invoice and analyse lost revenue opportunity.As an Internal Sales Executive you will have the following key skills:

* Excellent communication skills and phone manner
* Grow and maintain relationships with existing customers
* Ability to work under pressure
