Internal Sales Executive Permanent Full-time - Monday to Friday Hybrid working Based in Basingstoke Salary £23,500on target earnings £29,500 REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanentInternal Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong customer service skills. As aInternal Sales Executive your duties will include but are not limited to: - Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under supervision - Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a solution/product area - Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets - Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts - Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes - Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions - Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as customer engagement - Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.) - Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting - Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information If you believe that this is the right opportunity for you then please Apply Now online or contactOlivia Aston in the Reed Basingstoke office.
