Proactive Internal Sales Person - Dorquip Group Ltd

Dorquip Group Ltd, a leading supplier of door hardware and doors to the construction industry, is seeking a self-motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team at our Alton, Hampshire offices.
About the Role:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets through a combination of proactive and reactive sales activities. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and enquiries from both new and existing customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Effectively plan your workday and utilise our CRM system to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct customer visits as required, developing strong working relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to the generation of sales reports.
We are looking for someone who:
- Possesses at least 1 year's sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
- A self-starter with a positive and proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to build rapport and strong relationships with customers.
- Proven experience in effectively utilising CRM systems.
- A strong understanding of social media for business purposes.
