Employee Assistance Programme Responsibilities:Building excellent customer relationshipsCommunicating with customers via telephoneProviding accurate and timely quotations to customersProviding product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsuring TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customersSelling the benefits of using TD SYNNEXAchieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targetsTo be successful you will have the following skills and experience:1-2 years of experience in sales or equivalent of educational backgroundEnthusiasm and a willingness to learnNumerate with good attention to detailExcellent telephone mannerStrive to achieve set targetsEffective Communication SkillsGood at building relationshipsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookIdeal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
