Internal Sales Account Manager Are you an established Internals sales/Account Manager ? Worked within a sales role in a fast paced environment? will be a key team player within the sales team, in this fast-paced environment you will support the management of our clients A Brands. You will be responsible for managing the whole day to day sales and customer service function so you will need to be able to work on your own initiative and have been in a similar role previously mix. The Internal Sales Account Manager will be organised and flexible individual who can proactively ensure we are maximising efficiencies and must prioritise their own workload whilst working in a fast-paced office environment.Key Responsibilities of an Internal Sales Account Manager:Being an ambassador for the brand and first point of contact for customers and our sales agentsBeing responsible for the whole office day to day sales office function, answering phone calls and responding to e-mail enquiries, accurately imputing incoming orders for the brand, maintaining/updating customer records, producing pick lists and checking sales invoices, all on our bespoke software system and databaseHandling customer service matters, ensuring matters are addressed or resolved quickly and efficiently.Proactively making calls and sending e-mails to existing or new customers and sales agents, chasing business and advising on new collections, promotions/special offers or clearanceLiaising with Designers and Social Media teams to develop sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.Managing the distribution of sales and marketing material and literature to customers and agentsFollowing up on sales leadsProducing regular and seasonal sales reports to the Managing DirectorPassing on feedback from customers and sales agents to the relevant member/s of the teamAccurately checking stock levels and relaying information on to customersOrganising transportation/logistics with couriers and handling all the relevant paperwork and shipmentsAssisting with after sales supportAttending occasional sales meetings and trade showsWhat's in for you?Full-time, PermanentStart date: ASAPLocation: EllandHours of work: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 5:00Skills required to be an Internal Sales Account Manager :Sales Office experience ideally from a similar branded product backgroundAccurate with an attention to detailA proactive, positive and conscientious work ethicPrevious branded product knowledge would be desirable, with ability and willingness to pick up and absorb product knowledge quicklyStrong commercial acumen, results driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamLogical analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales agentsA genuine passion and energy for the brands and its productsBeing an organised record keeper and administrator who follows up on activitiesIf you are interested, please click apply now and one of our recruitment specialists will be in touch.Major Recruitment are an employment agency working on behalf of our client.
