Job Description Duties and responsibilities of the Internal Recruitment Partner include, but are not limited to:Manage an end-to-end recruitment process as part of a small team, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and correspondence with candidates.Writing and advertising appropriate vacancies Vetting and conducting pre-screen telephone interviews to assess applicant suitabilityArranging/ attending MS Teams/ face-to-face interviews Compile and update employee records in the HR database.Provide administrative support to the HR department.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.Comply with all policies and regulations in the not-for-profit and charities sector.Support the onboarding process for new hires.Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team. The Successful Applicant A successful Internal Recruitment Partner should have:Previous in-house or agency recruitment experienceExcellent engagement and communication skillsStrong organisational and time-management skills.The ability to build lasting relationshipsGreat attention to detail and highly organisedAn ability to manage a fast paced and compliant recruitment procesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g. PeopleSoft).Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
