The Role:
As our internal recruiter you will be tasked with recruiting at all levels for our UK offices. You will be reporting in directly to our MD and you will form good working relationships with our branch managers. The main focus of your role will be to recruit experienced recruitment consultants in to our branches. A competitive salary offer plus a market leading commission scheme will aid you greatly in this pursuit. You will also have the opportunity to formulate recruitment campaigns with the MD shaping our recruitment strategy going forward. Your influence will shape our advertising and social media campaigns. This will be a meaningful role which will be incentivised and valued.
Responsibilities:
will discover and develop contacts with talent within the industry.
will co-ordinate with Branch managers and the MD to gauge needs of the company.
will manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
will help formulate recruitment drives through advertising, Job Boards & Social Media.
Requirements:
of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, a trades & labour background would be an advantage but not essential.
