Internal recruitment manager required on an initial 6 month FTC to support a technology recruitment agency on identification and attraction of mid to senior agency tech recruiters.
Our client is the UK technology recruitment arm of a leading multinational recruitment business and as part of a wider transformation is now looking for someone to lead on senior tech recruitment hires in their business.
This role would suit someone with a background in either search or senior markets, well organised and used to market mapping and campaign building. A brilliant story teller, someone that can network and communicate well at the mid to senior level.
The organisation has made huge strides in its desire to become a destination employer with progressive decisions being made around hybrid working, market leading salaries and full review of comp schemes. We now need someone to own the messaging, networking and process around attraction and growing the business further.
Could suit an agency recruiter that is ultimately looking for a step towards helping them move into an internal role further down the line, someone from a Rec2Rec market that wants to get under the skin of one brand and sell that credibly and compellingly or maybe a non billing manager from agency that is looking for a new challenge.
