The Role:
As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top-tier talent to join their exceptional team of care professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Conducting thorough interviews and assessments
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to support future growth and development plans
  • Collaborating closely with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless candidate experience and a smooth transition from recruitment to on-boarding.


Qualifications:


To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare or social care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing and the effective use of job boards and social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for talent, with the ability to assess candidate's potential and align their skills with specific role
  • A genuine passion for making a difference and supporting individuals with complex care needs.
