Internal Recruiter Location: KentJob Type: TemporarySalary: £15-£20ph We are on the lookout for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for talent and a dedication to fostering a strong company culture through strategic recruitment efforts. Day-to-day of the role:
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies.Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process with relevant team members.Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.Provide a positive candidate experience, representing the company brand effectively.Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and extending job offers.Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or similar role.Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle and various selection methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.Proficiency in recruitment software and HR databases.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously.
