Internal Recruiter

Are you interested in joining a very successful Internal Recruitment team on a contingency basis until the end of the year. You will need to go into the office in Stevenage a couple of times a week.You'll be first and foremost, an amazing recruiter. Ideally you will have proven experience gained from working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment (preferably within an HR team/function and with interviewing experience).Experience in professional recruitment, ideally engineering or similar would be highly beneficial.Experience using various ATS's or similar.Strong planning, administration, attention to detail and organisational skills.A passion for recruitment and in particular, the candidate journey.The ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Someone with strong experience of proactive social media sourcing.In return they offer a salary equivalent of £45-50k (dependent on experience).For more information, please call me on 07821 664529 or email your cv
