Job DescriptionWe are currently representing a leading Health & Social Care provider who are looking to appoint an Internal Recruiter to oversee all managerial level recruitment across the business.Our client is proud to provide a wide range of support services and activities to vulnerable service users, with over 350 sites across the country.This will be a full time and permanent post, with a salary banding of £38,000 - £40,000.Daily duties will include:Building relationships with senior stakeholders, including the Chief Operating Officer and various DirectorsIdentifying recruitment needs for managerial roles, on average 15 live roles at any one timeHandling end to end recruitment campaigns, specifically headhunting utilising LinkedIn and various platformsManaging a pipeline of candidatesLiaising with the Onboarding and wider Recruitment team as requiredWorking in partnership with recruitment agencies when required on hard to fill roleProviding market feedback, information on blockers and benchmarking data to senior leadershipSkills required:Senior stakeholder managementConfident in researching and presenting data and metricsAble to handle end to end recruitment cyclesReward and benefits:Up to £300 commission per placement 25 days holiday + bank holidayEmployee Assistance ProgramCycle to work schemeMinimum 8% pension (5% employee / 3% employer)Working pattern:37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday9am-5pm 3 / 4 days working from homePlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
