About the Role: As an Internal Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in our clients growth journey. Working closely with line managers, you'll take their job descriptions and requirements, sourcing and qualifying candidates who align with the businesses culture and goals. From managing the interview process to preparing for candidate onboarding, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Collaborating with line managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
• Sourcing candidates through various channels and screening resumes
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
• Managing the interview process and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
• Extending job offers and managing offer negotiations
• Preparing for candidate onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition into the company

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruiting, within an internal/in-house function (ideally from manufacturing or related environment)
• Ability to source and qualify candidates effectively
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage the interview and offer processes efficiently
• Passion for finding the right talent and making successful placements
