Job Description:�As an Internal Recruiter at Mullen Property Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. You will be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates for various positions, including in-office staff, multi-traders, and sub contractors. Your work will contribute to our ongoing growth and the expansion of our national presence.



Key Responsibilities:



Candidate Sourcing:�Proactively identify and attract talented candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.



Screening and Evaluation:�Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and potential fit for different roles within the organization.



Interviewing:�Conduct comprehensive interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.



Candidate Assessment:�Administer relevant assessments, as needed, to gauge candidates' suitability for specific roles.



Reference Checks:�Perform reference checks to validate candidates' work history and qualifications.



Collaboration:�Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and priorities.



Talent Pipeline:�Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of suitable candidates for current and future roles.



Coordinating Interviews:�Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.



Maintaining Records:�Maintain detailed and organized records of candidate interactions and manage an up-to-date applicant tracking system.



Compliance:�Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations.



Qualifications:




  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is an advantage.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
