Internal Quality Auditor
As the Internal Quality Auditor your main areas of responsibility includes the simplification and compliance to our internal operational and transactional processes. The management of internal audits and customer qualifications as well as the maintaining our ISO9001 certification.
The Quality Auditor must possess the ability to solve complex problems, provide operable solutions, act with minimal direction on their own initiative, and be adaptable as they will work on a variety of continuous improvement initiatives in support of the organisation.
Essential responsibilities:
Lead the quality culture transformation by actively collaborating with the other departments and using Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement and harmonise/simplify the processes & tools between functions
Maintain our ISO9001 certification for UK P&L and lead any new standards certification (e.g., I IEC 80079-34:#####)
Support the commercial teams by documenting customer prequalification requests and leading the customer qualifications and/or audits.
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
Relevant business/commercial or manufacturing/engineering degree preferred, or HNC, or equivalent NVQ level 4 qualification.
Root-cause analysis, corrective, and preventive action skills
Must be able to work in a team and across teams.
