We work with some of the world's major energy, maritime and industrial organizations, helping to enable a transition to energy efficiency and decarbonization, including through our specialist motors, drives and control technologies.Job DescriptionAs the Internal Quality Auditor your main areas of responsibility includes the simplification and compliance to our internal operational and transactional processes. The management of internal audits and customer qualifications as well as the maintaining our ISO9001 certification. This is a critical role to lead the culture transformation of Rotating Machine factory, as well as our System project business.The Quality Auditor must possess the ability to solve complex problems, provide operable solutions, act with minimal direction on their own initiative, and be adaptable as they will work on a variety of continuous improvement initiatives in support of the organization. You will work within the quality team reporting directly to the UK Quality Leader.Essential responsibilities:Promote a culture of humility, transparency, problem solving and effective collaborationLead the quality culture transformation by actively collaborating with the other departments and using Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement and harmonize/simplify the processes & tools between functionsMaintain our ISO9001 certification for UK P&L and lead any new standards certification (e.g., I IEC 80079-34:#####)Support the commercial teams by documenting customer prequalification requests and leading the customer qualifications and/or audits.Collect and analyse the customer satisfaction surveys and propose countermeasures to improve the overall customer experienceOrganize and lead the internal audit program defined by the Group and the local management teamTrain and upgrade the skills of our internal auditorsQualifications and Experience Levels:Relevant business/commercial or manufacturing/engineering degree preferred, or HNC, or equivalent NVQ level 4 qualification.Root-cause analysis, corrective, and preventive action skillsMust be able to work in a team and across teams.Must be able to explain/mentor and coach across all stakeholders and levels of the business.You can expect from us:Challenging and exciting projectsA work environment where we understand that not everyone has the same expectations about their jobs, careers and work-life balance and we are happy to discuss flexibility requirementsAttractive compensationFlexible benefits so you can build a package that fits your personal needs.
